The National Association for Gifted Children has a wealth of resources for parents of students who are identified as gifted or who may have high potential. The website above includes information about definitions of giftedness, frequently asked questions, helping gifted children be successful, lists of fun games and toys, and tips for communicating with schools to ensure children are challenged enough. Parents can also sign up to receive a membership to Parenting for High Potential, which is a quarterly magazine that provides specific and helpful information about how to support gifted children at home and in school.
