Graduate Highlights

Since the initiation of the Special Education and Child Development doctoral program in 2001, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte has graduated 108 students. Graduates of our program serve in a variety of roles—from professors and researchers to educators and nonprofit professionals, as well as directors and coordinators—not only across the nation but around the world. Additionally, graduates of our program have been awarded over $138,021,654 in grants and have published more than 1,456 peer-reviewed articles to further the field.
